We can re-line or recover your softback (fabric exterior and interior) shade:

Re-line: Over time a softback shade’s interior lining will tear and disintegrate due to the heat of the bulb. Higher wattage and/or leaving the light on for long periods of time eg; lights on timers, often accelerates the process.

If you have an unusual shape shade or the shade is one of a pair and only one lining is torn, having the re-lining redone might be a good option.

Recovery: If the exterior of your softback shade is soiled, torn or very faded and the shade is an unusual shape or one of a pair, having the shade recovered might be an alternative. Or it might be an option if you would like a different shade color. When recovered, your shade will have a new exterior and interior lining. We have over 50 silk fabric colors available.  If you want to use your own fabric, we would just need to confirm the feasibility first.
